Delivery Information

Recent changes to our services mean that we are now able to offer reduced shipping rates on all our products. Delivery charges on our products are based on the value of each products. The table below shows the standard delivery charges.

When you add a product to your cart you will be able to see the delivery cost of your order.

On very rare occasions you may find that a product that you are after is out of stock but don't despair, as we are able to obtain the products you want from our supplier within 14 to 28 days. If you do decide you want to order a product that is out of stock then we will keep in steady contact with you and keep you updated with all the movements on your order.

Please note that we only deliver within the UK and are unable to fulfil international orders.

How will it be delivered?

All items are delivered using the Royal Mail. We use this carrier as it is fast and reliable and ensures that our products are delivered in full working condition. How long will it take to deliver?

Once an order is placed we expect to deliver your items between 3 and 5 days. This delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed however in most cases you should expect to see your order between these time frames. Orders that are placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next days so you should expect the 3 to 5 day delivery period to start from then. If you need to have your items delivery more quickly than that then please feel free to contact us.
