At Candles To You we believe in looking after our customers and offering the best customer service possible and this is why we offer full refunds on faulty or unwanted products. If you do wish to return a product you must do so within 14 days of the original order and give full detail of the reason of your return. This gives us the opportunity to improve the quality of our service in the future.
If you do wish to return a product the goods must return to us in full working condition and must be unused. If the product comes in packaging that must also come back to us in its original condition. Please note that all our products are checked before they leave our warehouses. Due to the nature of our business we also be unable to refund delivery charges and other postage costs.
If you wish to cancel an order after a product has been dispatched then you will need to return the product in full working order. Again you will be refunded to the price of the item and your account will be reimbursed.
